Magical experience and a simply magical night!The team called me a few days before letting me know that we couldnât fly directly over the city due to a flying ban during Red Sox games. They accommodated us and what I was looking for to celebrate my boyfriendâs birthday on his actual birthday (instead of rescheduling) and they even moved our flight to 6pm instead of 5pm, which worked out even more perfectly for the sunset.It was truly an amazing experience. All-around fantastic experience from booking through the end of the tour. Website was easy to use and scheduling was simpler than some of the other companies we looked into. Upon booking, we instantly received a receipt and confirmation. The location was quick to find and a nice option for us coming up from the south (i.e. we didnât have to drive through Boston). Front desk agent was friendly, and there lobby provided light snacks and refreshments for all your customers. The pilots met us promptly and engaged in conversation on the way out to the helicopter. After a clear and thorough safety briefing, we were on our way with a quick 5 min flight to Boston. The views were absolutely incredible, and the pilots did a fantastic job letting us know what to expect and when. The fast ride back was convenient and comfortable. In my opinion the 30 minute tour was the perfect length - especially with the doors off - to get to see all the highlights of Boston. Thank you for everything!

It was our first helicopter ride and definitely worth it. We did the Harbor Islands + Skyline and the views were spectacular. There was a last minute FAA restriction due to Red Sox game but luckily the game got done early and our pilot was kind enough to take through downtown as soon as he got to now that the restriction was taken off.
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our pilot Jasha Dirks was very nice and informative. It was my first helicopter ride and I had an absolute blast. This was a bucket list activity my mom made happened for my grad gift.Thank you for a great experience Helicopter Tour Boston!

I highly recommed!!!!The two pilots were phenomenal! There was another group who was in the lounge area and one of them was incredibly rude to one of the pilots. Our original one was very kind and we ended up switching to cause less of an issue. The one we ended up having for the excursion was very knowledgeable, funny, and made it one of the best experiences. The different locations were explained, the safety of the different devices were reviewed.

I had a proposal flight on Thanksgiving last week, which was awesome! Our pilot, Erik, is very responsible and friendly! He was patient with many emails from me about the flower delivery and other questions. The flight trip was impressive and at the end, they also prepared a surprising gift for my fiancee, which she love very much! It is a bit pity that the moment was not recorded, due to the malfunctional GoPro, but the company refunded the entire GoPro fee later. Overall, it is an unforgettable experience! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed it so much that we went back at the end of the week and did the Harbor and Island tour. The Harbor and Island tour is the best value because you get a little extra time. Wow! This is my second time going up in the Helicopter. It's a surreal experience that doesn't compare to any other in Boston. One minute you are in a waiting room about and the next you are floating above Boston. I took a ride down towards the Cape and it was magical. We booked our sunset trip in advance and the booking process was easy. When we arrived the office was easy to find and the staff were really friendly and went through what we would be doing. We were offered refreshments if we wanted them.When our pilot arrived he was super friendly and took us on the cart to the helicopter. He then went through the safety tips and after boarding the helicopter went through the trip with us.Once we were in the air he gave us a good commentary of the sites and landmarks below.The staff were really friendly and the trip was brilliant and we enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely recommend it if you are in Boston.Would definitely do it again.
Had a tour of Boston and the islands today. It was amazing. Everything about the experience was fantastic, from first booking through the end of the tour. Highest possible praise!!!
Such an amazing experience! Our trip got rescheduled twice because of snow but everyone was so nice, accommodating and quick to respond to all communications. Alex our pilot was awesome and the ride was so smooth. Definitely something we will always remember!

Absolutely stellar group of pilots there. George and Hans both were very kind. Had a great flight over Boston! Unfortunately clouds blocked the whole sky but that didnt stop us from seeing the city lights!
This experience was awesome! It was me and my husband. We loved every minute and the pilot was amazing! He was knowledgeable of the area and a great pilot. Smooth flying and great views. It was easy to get into the airport and so much fun seeing the city and islands in a new view! We definitely want to go back for more of the other types of tours. We said it would be fun to fly over rush hour traffic!! (If you know Boston !) There are even lessons to learn how to fly!!! Thanks again for a great day and fun trip. Canât wait to go Again!
We had an amazing time flying with George on Monday evening! They were very accommodating and helped us reschedule 2 times due to weather. The process is easy, fun and safe. This was my first time riding in a helicopter and I cannot wait to do it again! The view is unbelievable. You cannot live in Boston and not see it from that perspective. Highly recommend this experience to everyone. The Sunset Tour was phenomenal. If you are nervous about the motions in the air, I suggest taking a Dramamine an hour before â that is what I did. I had an awesome time and did not feel sick. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back.
My son and I took the Boston and Harbor Islands tour this morning and it did not disappoint. It lived up to all the 5 Star reviews! Online booking was easy; our pilot, Hans, was great; and the views spectacular. I hope to book another one of their tours soon. As a lifelong Boston resident, I highly recommend ????
We had an amazing experience. I was apprehensive prior to going but the pilot assuaged all my fears. He was confident and very reassuring. He was polite and pleasant too. My husband and I had a wonderful time and plan to do it again.

Had my introductory helicopter lesson today. Hans was my instructor, he was absolutely amazing! He was very informative, highly professional, a great teacher, and an overall great guy. If you have any interest in learning, I would highly recommend going here. 10 out of 10 would do again
I usually never write reviews but our experience was great! Finding the location was super easy, parking right out front and the check-in was quick. Just walked in and said our name. Our appointment was for 1pm but we ended up getting taken out at 12pm which was awesome. We did the waivers online so there was no hassle. The guy at the front desk (didnât catch his name) was super nice! Asked if it was our first time and made us feel welcomed. Even talked about skydiving!! The ride on the kart was smooth and we learned about the private charter planes. Our pilot (Alex I think) was super straight to the point when it came to the safety portion! He was super knowledgeable and checked in every few times to tell us what path he was going to take. The ride was super smooth too! I got some killer photos. Would definitely do again with more family members!
This is an amazing trip. You will enjoy a safe smooth ride all over Boston and see the city in a way that will really excite you. The whole experience is exceptional, take a tour of Boston's beaches as well.Alex is an awesome pilot, safe and efficient. They have a comfy lounge to relax in.

They offered me half refund or a rescheduled when I took the tour at a cloudy day for Sunset, I didnât ask for it but they offer it. Glad that I choose to give another chance, I wish I can post some videos if I can, no words can describe the experience and how beautiful the view is. pilot drive me to the helicopter and set up whatever needed. I think I will comeback with my mother next time, she should share this moment with me. Amazing incredible memory
Flew with Hans for a lesson/tour. One of the best experiences Iâve ever had.He was calm, level headed and amazing to fly with. I was pretty nervous going into the experience (was a birthday surprise from my wife, I didnât know I was doing this until we got there. He helped calm me down and gave perfect advice. By the end I wished it was longer and felt a lot more confident.I didnât think Iâd want to try this again but I am really excited to.Thank you so much Hans!
An amazing experience! Informative, fun, safety conscious, and friendly. Two loops so everyone had a good view of everything was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Such an awesome experience. My son loved it and my wife was literally on top of the moon as it was our wedding anniversary and we took the date up in the skies over Boston. Love it love it love it. Braveen was so kind and Rob our pilot gave us great tour.. definitely add this to your bucket list.
